At Are You A Pineapple shop, I take your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy describes the type of information I may collect from you, or you may provide to me when you visit my website at www.areyouapineapple.com (my “Website”) or purchase my book. This Privacy Policy also explains my practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing such data, which may include, but not limited to personal data (your “Data”).

By accessing or using my Website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to the collection and processing of your Data. If you do not agree to the terms of this privacy policy, do not access my Website.

When you visit my Website and make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through my Website, I also collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (such as credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.  I will only collect and process Data about you where we have a lawful basis. Lawful bases include where you have given consent, where processing is necessary for the delivery of product you have ordered through my Website and other “legitimate interests.”

The Data I collect from customers is used to fulfill orders placed through my Website, which includes the processing of payment information, preparing orders for shipment, and providing order confirmations and other order-related communication. In addition, I’ll use Data from your visit to my Website to improve and optimize the customer experience, to screen for potential risk and fraud, to provide the most relevant advertisements and email communications to you, and to assess the success of my current marketing and advertising campaigns.

Are You A Pineapple shop will keep your personal data for as long as we need it for the purpose it is being processed for. For example, we will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services; and after that, we will keep the personal information for a period which enables us to handle or respond to any complaints, queries or concerns relating to your account.  Your information may also be retained so that we can continue to improve your experience with us.  We will periodically review the personal information we hold and delete it securely, or in some cases anonymize it, when there is no longer a legal, business, or consumer need for it to be retained.

 

 

Return Policy

 

Thank you for choosing www.areyouapineapple.com to make your purchase! Though we hope you are satisfied with the products you received, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may take steps to return it for a full refund plus shipping costs*.

 

  • All item returns have to be returned postmarked within 14 days of being purchased. Returned items need to have their intact original labels and packaging, as well as remain in new/unused condition.

  • Remember that you are responsible for charges on return shipping*. You should also save your tracking number so you can check when your merchandise returns to us.

  • If you received a product that was damaged, contact the site admin using the form below to begin the process of your refund/exchange.

  • Once we have received your returned item and inspected its condition, your return or exchange will be processed in 5 days. Please allow that amount of time for us to process your return or exchange before contacting us on its status. Customers who paid with credit cards should allow 1 to 2 cycles for their refund to show up on their statements.

  • You will receive an email from us once your return finishes processing and your refund is on its way.
